 Lab Savvy LLC offers payment plan options for eligible DNA and prenatal services. All payment plans require approval and a non-refundable deposit to confirm an appointment. Payment plans must be paid in full before laboratory results are released.

Deposits are applied toward the total service cost and must be received before specimen collection. Payment plans must be paid in full before laboratory results are released. Failure to maintain scheduled payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

 Payment plan requests must be submitted for review and approved before an appointment can be scheduled under a payment plan. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. If approved, you will receive instructions to complete your deposit and schedule your appointment.
