Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Payment requirements, deposits, and applicable fees will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment or late cancellations may result in applicable fees.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, arriving on time for appointments, and following any preparation instructions provided. Failure to comply may impact service availability or results.

Lab Savvy LLC is not responsible for delays, errors, or outcomes resulting from factors beyond our control, including laboratory processing times or third-party services.

Lab Savvy LLC may utilize third-party platforms, including appointment scheduling and laboratory partners. These services operate independently and are subject to their own terms and policies.
